What if I want to use the calculator or some other application simultaneously with my Mundu IM on? |
| |
Mundu IM solves that problem for you. Simply minimize the Messenger Screen, and you will be taken to the application launcher. Carry out your work on any other application. When done, tap on the Mundu IM icon again to recover your online status. |

How will I know if a new version of Mundu IM is available? |
| |
The ‘Check for Upgrades’ option in the Login Menu lets you check if a new version of Mundu IM is available for download. Alternatively, you can enable the ‘Check for upgrades during Login’ option in the Preferences Panel. Mundu IM will automatically check for fresh upgrades every time you login and notify you if a new version is available for download. |

What if I don’t purchase a license key within the stipulated time? |
| |
Mundu IM will be locked till the time you purchase the License Key. Once you have a valid license key, you can unlock the application and have access to Mundu IM again. |

Is the price of the software one-time only, or does the license need to be renewed each year? How does the pricing for upgrades work? |

The price of the software is a one-time cost only. The license need not be renewed every year. We have worked out a special pricing policy that will allow users to download Mundu IM at US$13.49 and get all minor upgrades free (all upgrades within the 2.x range are defined as minor upgrades for viz. 2.5, 2.9.x etc). However, all major upgrades and releases viz. 3.x, 4.x would be available to users of Mundu IM ver. 2.x at a very special upgrade price as against the list price for the upgraded version. |

While chatting, can I create my own phrases and save them? |
| |
Yes, one of Mundu IM’s unique features is QuickText. With it, you can not only modify and delete the existing phrases, but also create new ones and save them for future chats. |

While running in the background, is there a setting that will notify me of an incoming message? |
| |
The current version of Mundu IM does not notify you of an incoming message automatically. However, your messages will be retrieved and stored until you invoke the application again. This feature (automatic notification while in background mode) will be enabled in a future release. |

What if I want to login to all four services (MSN, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo) simultaneously? |
